From order to doorstep
What happens after you order
Step 1
Order placed
You receive an order confirmation by email straight away, with everything you ordered listed.
Step 2
Prepared & dispatched
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Step 3
On its way to you
Delivery takes 10–20 business days from dispatch. Some international destinations can take a little longer. Tracking updates as it moves.
Returns
30 days to change your mind
The window
Request a return within 30 days of your parcel being delivered. Just email us with your order number.
Condition
The brush should be unused and in its original packaging so we can process the return.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not need to post anything back.
Your refund
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
