Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, and delivery then takes 10–20 business days. Some international destinations can take a little longer. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, in every country we deliver to. There is only one method — fully tracked standard shipping — so there is nothing to choose between at checkout.

We deliver to 18 countries across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific — the full list is on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery is free to every one of them. If your country is not offered at checkout, message us and we will look into adding it.

Any import duties or local customs charges are set by your own country, not by us. Where they apply they are payable by the recipient on arrival. Most orders arrive with nothing to pay.

Yes. Every order is tracked, and the tracking details are emailed to you at dispatch so you can follow the parcel all the way to your door.

Get in touch as soon as you can with your order number. If the parcel has not been dispatched yet we can still make changes or cancel it for you.

You have 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a return. Just email us with your order number and we will take it from there.

It should be unused and in its original packaging so that we can process the return for you.

Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not need to post anything back to us.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being accepted.

Release the bristle bed and lift the hair away after each use. For a deeper clean, wipe the bed and cushion with a damp cloth and let it dry fully before using it again.

Yes. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection, and your full card details are never stored on our store.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply means your order history and addresses are saved for next time.

Yes. Enter your code in the promo code field in your bag or at checkout and the saving is applied to your total before you pay.
