How does the self-cleaning actually work?
The pins sit on a plate inside the head of the brush. Pressing the button on the base raises that plate, which lifts the hair collected around the pins up and clear so you can take it off in one piece. Press the plate back down and you can carry on brushing.
Which colours can I choose?
Three: Purple, White and Red. All three are the same brush with the same 3D air cushion head and comfort-grip handle — only the finish changes. Purple is selected by default.
How do I look after it?
Lift the plate and remove the hair after brushing, then wipe the head and handle with a damp cloth when it needs it. Let it dry fully with the plate pressed back down.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We currently ship within the United States. The available shipping method, its cost and the delivery estimate for your address are all shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery timing depends on your destination, so we do not quote a fixed number of days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation with your order number, and you can check the status of the order in your account under Orders at any time.
What if I want to return it?
